The heart of AP OPEN HOUSE is not just about providing knowledge but about passing on profound ideas, such as AP PRINCIPLES – The Principles of Living Quality, which is a philosophy for delivering quality of life in all dimensions. One of this year's highlights is the opening of the project system for ASPIRE On Nut Station for students from the Faculty of Engineering to learn in-depth about high-rise building structures and the incorporation of new innovations, enabling all students to understand the construction process of AP's high-rise buildings and build confidence in the construction quality of AP condominiums through real site visits, including learning about the quality inspection process of single house products before delivery.

The program concludes with a significant highlight, the STUDY TRIP IN JAPAN, a trip to study real estate development in Japan with Mitsubishi Estate, which will provide opportunities for 6 students out of 60 with the most outstanding work to learn about global real estate development concepts, particularly the Five Eyes — the core values of Mitsubishi in developing residential projects in Japan, focusing on quality, safety, practical use, sustainability, and creating good communities along with various innovative designs.
